Oh these were so yummy. They will definitely be a staple in our household. I love muffins...and these were so so so easy to make. I even have a supply of frozen Rhubarb in my freezer. If you are not a rhubarb fan, I think any kind of berry would work well in them...even apple.I got the recipe from The Sister's Cafe.
